Description
The Equal for All project developed a series of accredited tailor-made training programmes to develop employability skills and enhance the prospects of individuals in gaining long-term sustainable employment.
Training courses ranged from job search, interview skills, computer skills and confidence development. The beneficiaries were able to help develop the materials used as part of the training programmes.
