ANISSA UK is a private intermediary that undertook research between employers, disadvantaged groups and a proportion of projects supported by B-EQUAL.
The aim of the project was to examine unemployment barriers faced by South Asian women when entering into sustainable employment.
The research primarily looked into the issues for employers and how they could attract women into non-traditional employment.
