Equality at work, Common Ground
Description
The Equality at Work project builds upon a previous employer-led equality network in the Kirklees area, where employers demonstrating equality best practice achieved the KickStart Equality Award. Although the work came to a close, it left a base of experience and commitment which could be built upon.
