Description
The project seeks to develop and deliver training programmes for volunteers and workers in RCOs to offer appropriate information, advice and guidance to asylum seekers.
It has been addressing gaps in existing provision by offering appropriate access routes to recognised qualifications by creating opportunities and stepping stones for those wishing to improve their skills but are unable to access existing programmes. This activity has been addressing some barriers to RCOs working towards IAG matrix status by ensuring that their staff are suitably qualified to deliver the service effectively.
