Description
Kadtal worked in collaboration with the Keighley Asian Women and Children's Centre to set up a new Crèche work agency and provide training to Asian women in obtaining childcare qualifications. This allowed the women to work for the agency and help run and develop the agency as a business.
The project has been an excellent example of a local innovation which is sustainable and will have a considerable multiplier effect.
