The Birmingham Early Years Development & Childcare Partnership has been engaging local businesses to adopt good working practices using Worklife balance strategies. Over the past four years they have attracted and sustained the business interest of more than 500 companies. They provide information and support to businesses experiencing difficulties recruiting and retaining staff. They offer advice on managing attendance and introducing flexible working patterns.
