Description
Promoting equality and tackling discrimination in the workplace by offering support, targeted training and advice to trade union representatives and officials on promoting inclusion at work. Establishment of trade union/employer partnerships to consider inclusive work practices together and creation of action learning groups to develop best practice in equality issues.
