Cultural festival organisers have played a vital role in building relationships between festival artists, businesses and training providers.  These include:

• Ethnic Minority Enterprise Project (organisers of Brick Lane Festival)
• Carnaval del Pueblo

Through their networks of traders, artists and performers, the festivals are able to promote the training and support activities offered by other project partners directly to the target audience as well as organise event activities as platforms for enterprise development, test trading and business creation.
