This programme has been working across a number of organisations providing business advice and support to BME and other disadvantaged groups. BME and women's groups have been encouraged to use Black Country Chamber and Business Link. Services have been developed to make them more responsive to a wider range of people, particularly women and ethnic minority groups not using their services, and targeting hard to reach businesses within each community and sector. Other networks have been drawn into this programme as part of this work, for example the African Caribbean Business Federation (ACBF) and the Black Country Asian Business Association (BCABA).
