Local Government Employees (North East), BOWL - Building Opportunities through Workplace Learning
Description
The Local Government Employees project used Union Learning Representatives to provide support for union members to access training in six pilot councils in the North East. The project covered both direct council employees, and those working in services which have been tendered out.
