Developing Sustainable RCOs, ASPIRE - Asylum Seekers Pursuing Integration, Refuge and Empowerment
Description
This project has been addressing the needs identified in the ASPIRE mapping of RCO (Refugee Community Organisations).
Activity has included benchmarking the capacity of each RCO, looking at quality systems, assessing training needs and developing action plans for workforce and organisational development.
Training needs are being addressed by through customised residential courses and mentoring. A forum has been steering and mainstreaming the project.
