Connected 2 (C2) is a black-led creative arts organisation, which predominantly focuses on attracting young people from ethnic minority communities, using the arts as a medium for engagement. C2 provide entry level taster workshops for socially or educationally excluded and vulnerable young people. The workshops are in music technology, dance and drama, digital video camera technology, DJ training and access to the internet and I.T. and create a model of approach to effectively include the excluded. More importantly, C2 provide the participants with a chance to develop their confidence and re-kindle their motivation through participation.
