Asian Women's Network – A Model of Social Inclusion for Minority Ethnic Women, Common Ground
Description
The aim was to assist women into paid employment through a mentoring and empowerment programme. It created a local network for disempowered Asian women, to assist them into paid employment via personal empowerment programmes, one to one support and links with local employers.
