CREATE - Co-operating for Racially Equal Access to Training and Employment

CREATE - Co-operating for Racially Equal Access to Training and Employment worked with transnational partners in Denmark, Germany and Spain. The common focus of the transnational cooperation was on culture-sensitive methods of training and educational, as well as the promotion of good ethnic/cultural relationships.

The common objectives were:

• To confront and analyse specific approaches of the partners with regard to common problems about the regional development of the economy, the labour market and disadvantaged groups
  
  
• To pursue a "win-to-win" strategy, based on the common work on specific items.
  
  
• Exchange and share of experiences.
  
  
• Exchange and share of information and knowledge.
  
  
• Exchange and share of methods and practices.
