Description
The main aim of Rise was to enable carers to remain in or return to work or study supported by appropriate, flexible and affordable services thus giving them the opportunities that most people take for granted. Working in partnership, West Sussex Social and Caring Services and the Independent Living Association explored different ways of accessing and delivering Direct Payments.
